Jean-Luc Stoufflet

Jean-Luc Stoufflet is a downtempo electronic pop producer from Chicago, Illinois.

Jean-Luc was born on July 25th, 1989, in New Orleans, LA. Throughout his early life and teenage years, Jean-Luc lived a mundane life and was oblivious to music in general. However, when Hurricane Katrina struck New Orleans on August 29th, 2005, Jean-Luc relocated with his family to Chicago, IL. The change of scenery had a positive and drastic effect on Jean-Luc, for he started to get into music in general and it's creation process, and once he created his first song "Arhythmia", he gained a sense of fulfillment. As time has progressed since that moment, Jean-Luc has formed a signature, hybridic style of pop, dance and downtempo tinged electronica music, and music (at least on the radio) has gone to the dogs. With that scenario, Jean-Luc has one goal in mind: To bring his music to the masses in an effort to clear and purify their minds of the corporate garbage that floods the airwaves of the United States daily.

His debut album, "Audio Jeanetics," is due to be released February 21st, 2010.
